Description: Správa eleznic, státní organizace (SZ or Client), the national railway infrastructure manager of Czechia, wishes to procure the Moravian Gate High Speed Rail line (the Project) in the form of an availability-based Public Private Partnership (PPP) (the PPP Transaction). IFC will appoint the following consultants, as well as others as may be required from time to time, for the successful implementation of the PPP Transaction. Technical Consultant Legal Consultant Financial and Tax Consultant Environmental and Social Consultant Each appointment shall be made pursuant to a separate procurement.
