GENERAL-AMC 2023-24-Periodic Maintenance of HT Equipments, Structures and Transformers of Various HT/DHT LI Schemes under Electrical LI Section Aluva-HT-Electrical-Work-HT Maintenance work 2 OD107276/2023-2024:Cutting and removing the grass / bushes/ creeping plants in the transformer yard, and dumping them in convenient place and cleaning the yard from all other vegetation growth as per the direction of departmental staff at site 3 OD107273/2023-2024: Isolating the Transformer from HT Line after taking permission from KSEB authorities, Earthing the HT Terminals of the transformer, using earthing chain, and taking all safety measures, Scrapping, cleaning the surface of the transformer, painting the surface with enamel paint, over a coat of zinc rich primer as per the direction of the departmental officers at site. 4 OD107274/2023-2024: Scrapping, cleaning the surface of the all metal poles, supporting members,Yard fencing structures, etc cleaning the surfaces, painting with 2 coats of aluminium paint, over a coat of zinc rich primer as per the direction of the departmental officers at site. 5 OD107275/2023-2024:Isolating the 11 kV supply to the 4 pole structure, earthing using earthing chain, taking all safety measures, attending Minor repairs to the electrical connections of the 11 KV four pole structure such as correcting loose connections in the jumpers, lead wires re arrangement of the existing accessories including using necessary copper wires of adequate size, overall inspection of HT and LT connections ,attending petty repairs at jumper connections ,insulators, lightning arrestors D.O fuses replacing nuts and bolts if any where ever necessory on the 4 ploe structure and correcting the system in good condition 6 13.10:Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required 7 13.11:Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. 8 OD107281/2023-2024:Supply, conveyance, fitting and commissioning of approved make 11 KV,400 Amps, out door type gang operated, Polymer type Air Break triple pole switch (3 piece full set) with all necessary accessories including adequate length of GI pipe as operating lever, operating handle with insulation and locking arrangements on suitable height, with necessary clamps, nut, bolt, washer etc. as required. 9 13.13:Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire. 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KSA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. 10 OD107280/2023-2024:Supply, conveyance, fitting and commissioning of approved make 11 KV, Drop Out Fuse Unit with all standard accessories in the existing GI / MS channel, properly fixing on cross arm including giving connections etc. as required. 11 14.8:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required. 12 OD107278/2023-2024:Supply conveyance and laying 40 mm size broken stone in the ground of HT yard as required 13 OD107277/2023-2024:Supply & Providing Silical gel breather for transformer 14 OD222226/2023-2024:Supply and filling of transformer oil of good quality to the Transformer /starter/ regulator etc as required 15 OD107279/2023-2024:Charges for filtering the transformer oil reconditioning the same for getting the appropriate dielectric strength checking oil filter, Replacing Gaskets , O- rings , packings , washersfasteners etc including material and labour charges correcting bush terminals making leak proof condition refilling the reconditioned oil to the required level etc. complete through competent agency into satisfactory working condition as per the direction from the departmental staff at site. 16 single phase preventer supply 17 OD222562/2023-2024:Fabricate, Supply and installation of a power failure self trip station, assembled within a GRP (3mm thick)/powder coated GI (1mm thick)/PVC enclosure (4mm thick), circuit wired with a 185 A power contactor, OV/UV With phase failure relay for 120 HP Induction motor, with ON/OFF push buttons with indication lamps and RYB LED indication lamps at front panel of the box, and control circuit interlocked with suitably supplied and installed auxiliary contacts on the contactor, including provision of suitable PVC cable glands for IN/OUT cables, and including fasteners etc. for installation on to wall/frame/panel/etc. 18 OD222586/2023-2024:Supply and fitting Digital Multifunction meter to read:W, Wh, PF or VA, Vah, PF or V AR, V ,A Rh, PF - 3 phase accuracy class 1 LED
