Quotation are invited for Service Consultant for End Programme Evaluation. Consultancy Requirements: The Consultant should have minimum qualifications and required experience as follows: Degree in social science or other related skills. The consultant shall have at least 5 years experiences in leading evaluation of project/programme in Cambodia context including quantitative and qualitative data collection. Knowledge in multi sectors including Education, Livelihood, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection and WASH. Previous experience with non-government organizations that have a transformational development approach through participatory methods would be advantageous. Written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English Application Information: For Firm: Completed proposal responding to our needs stated in Terms of Reference (ToR) Completed financial proposal Up-to-date CV and a copy of your ID/Passport or valid visa for internationals Business Registration Tax Registration Agreement of child protection protocol (form provided by World Vision) For Individuals: Completed proposal responding to our needs stated in ToR Completed financial proposal Up-to-date CV and a copy of your ID/Passport or valid visa for internationals Police clearance (Its to be submitted after being selected as successful applicant and BEFORE signing the contract with World Vision) As a child focus organization, we WILL NOT hire a person/firm who was convicted for any crime especially the crime against children.
