Bearings - Framework Agreement For Bearing Units Supply. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Section 131 Of The Public Procurement Act, On The Basis Of Which The Only Selected Supplier Will Be Awarded A Public Contract For The Delivery Of Bearing Units For Railway Rail Vehicles. The Deliveries Will Be Implemented By The Contracting Authoritys Offtake Point In The Period Of 36 Months From The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement.
