The Above -Mentioned Works Include: 1) Linear Measuring Works In The Plain Area; 2) Making The Trough For The Surface Made Of 30 Cm Thick Plates Together With The Removal Of The Soil From The Cornering; 3) Mechanically Thick Thickness Of 15 Cm Thick; 4) Delivery Of Materials To The Construction Site; 5) Execut Vertical Adjustment Of Wells, Inlets And Valves To The Ordinates Of The Surface; 7) Making The Surface Of The Surface Around The Well From A Cold Bituminous Mixture; 8) Pavement Care (Backfill Of Holes Along With Thickening); 9) Supplementing The Road With The Ground On Both Sides Of The Road On Both Sides Of The Road On A Width Of 0.75 Together With Payment And Cleaning Clean; 10) Dismissal Thresholds Along With The Design And Marking In The Locations Indicated By The Contracting Authority; 11) Cutting A Tree With A Diameter Of 20 Cm With Trunk Grubbing And Grubbing Shrubs. 3. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Swz Is An Auxiliary Material. The Basis For The Valuation Is The Attached Technical Documentation And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Technical Approval Of Ibdim Or Another Certificate Or A Report On Research On Another Equivalent Certification Unit Located In The List Of The Polish Center For Accreditation Or Another Unit Assessing Compliance With Other Member States Regarding The Use Of Openwork Plates. Failure To Present The Above Document Will Be Treated As Evading The Conclusion Of The Contract. 5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Law, Other Contractual Documents, Building Art Principles, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used, And In A Way That Ensures Future Trouble -Free And Economic Use Of The Resulting Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Occur. In The Warranty Period And The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
