Detachable Information On The Material And Financial Schedule Was Saved In The Draft Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Building Law, Technical And Construction Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In Particular Taking Into Account The Principles Of Universal Design, In The Way That After Completing The Task, The Road Will Take Into Account The Necessary Conditions To Use It With Special Needs Referred To In The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability To People With Special Needs.
