The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Construction Documentation For Securing The Landslide Together With The Reconstruction Of The Section Of The Poviat Road As Part Of The Task Entitled: Protection Of Landslides No. 18-19-022-129227 Together With The Reconstruction Of The Section Of Poviat Road No. 1349 Brzezina-Jaszczurowa-Stępina In Mm 5+600-600-6+150 In M. Stępina, Gm. The Contracting Authority Has Complete Geological And Engineering Documentation For The Above-Mentioned Tasks Approved By The Decision Of The Strzyżów Staroste, Constituting An Attachment To Swz. Zakres Of The Development Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) The Implementation Of A Situational And Magazine Map For Design Purposes In A Scale Of 1: 500 And Possibly Projects For The Division Of Real Estate For The Purposes Of The Task Together With Extracts From The Land Register, For Plots Of Land, For Plots Task; 2) Execution Of The Land Development Project; 3) Construction Of A Construction Project; 4) Development Of An Executive Project; 5) Developing A Water Law Report Along With Arrangements And Obtaining A Water Law Decision, If Necessary; 6) Execution Of The Bill Of Quantities And An Investors Cost Estimate; 7) Developing Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 8) Recognition Of The Location Of Foreign Devices Confirming With The Implementation Of The Task In Question And The Possible Development Of Projects Of Their Translation, If The Obtained Conditions Result In The Need To Rebuild Them And Take Into Account These Works In The Costs Of The Project; 9) Performing All Necessary Studies And Obtaining All Decisions Required By Law, Arrangements And Opinions, In Particular The Opinion Of The State Geological Institute And The Provincial Team Supervising The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Preventing Landslides And Removing Their Effects; 10) Obtaining The Consent Of All Property Owners Where Works Will Be Carried Out, Outside The Road Lane; 11) Obtaining A Building Permit, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 12) Execution Of A Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works; 13) Inventory Of The Trees And Bumping With Design Solutions With The Plan Of The Stock (If Required);
