1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of The Sports Hall In Czacz - Project. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Hall Building Together With A Change In The Use Of The Building Of The Gut And Foal Building And The Demolition Of The Livestock Building On The Plot With Evident Number 493/3, The Czacz Precinct, And The Commune Of Śmigiel. The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include Obtaining Documents Authorizing The Start Of Construction Works. 2. The Order Also Includes The Authors Supervision Under The Concluded Contract And The Remuneration Received - Until The Completion Of Construction Works Covered By The Scope Of Project Documentation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In Part Iii Swz.4. Determination Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Joint Dictionary Of Cpv Orders:- 710000-8- Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Control Services,- 71220000-6- Architectural Design Services,- 71221000-3- Architectural Services In The Field Of Building Facilities,- 71240000-2- Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services. The Employer Does Not Specify The Requirements For Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract, Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp.6 Act. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Art. 91 Para. 2 Of The Pzp Act Informs That It Has Not Divided The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Division Of The Contract In Question Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order Could Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order. The Building Covered By The Order Is An Indivisible Technical And Use Whole And It Is Advisable That The Design Services Are Performed By One Contractor.
