1. The Subject Of The Contract. Successive Delivery Of Teaching Aid And Artistic Articles Under The Project Sławno Commune, An Example Of Good Practices In The Field Of Family Support In Accordance With The List In Annex 2A And 2B To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Successive Delivery Of Teaching Aids For The Needs Of The Environmental Community Of The Sławno Commune; 2) Task No. 2 - Successive Delivery Of Teaching Aid For The Needs Of The Municipal Family Support Point. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Provide Teaching Aids With Its Own Transport And At His Own Expense To The Community Common Room Of The Sławno, Żukowo 65, 76-100 Sławno Commune. The Cost Of Delivery And Submitting Must Be Included In The Offered Unit Prices Of Teaching Aids. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Separate Remuneration For Providing Teaching Aids. 4. The Size And Assortment Of Deliveries Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Employer. 5. Orders Will Be Placed Electronically Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Not More Than Once Every Two Months. 6. The Deadline For The Implementation Of Individual Deliveries Is 14 Days From The Date Of Sending The Order. 7. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Converting Products From Annex 2A And 2B To Swz For Identical Products, At The Same Price, With The Quality Of The Same Or Higher. 8. During The Implementation Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Exchange Products From Annex 2A And 2B To Swz Into Equivalent Products, With Similar Use Or With A Different Capacity Depending On The Availability Of Teaching Aid With The Contractor. 9. During The Performance Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Products From Annex 2A And 2B To Swz. The Above Change May Not Change The Value Of The Order. 10. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Return Or Exchange The Goods In The Event Of Poor Quality At The Contractors Expense. 11. The Invoices Will Be Issued After The Implementation Of Individual Deliveries Separately For Each Task. 12. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For Actually Ordered And Provided Number Of Teaching Aids. 13. Equivalence Criteria: 1) In Cases Where Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Characterized By Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Were Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Would Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products, It Means That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract With Sufficient Accurate Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Orders. In Such Situations, Possible Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process Should Be Read With Or Equivalent Words .2) In Situations Where The Contracting Authority Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Polish Or European Norms, Technical Asses
