The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Thermal Imaging Cameras, Which Will Be Used To Learn To Carry Out Reviews Of Photovoltaic Installations And Diagnose Faults In Solar And Electrical Photovoltaic Installations, As Well As The Delivery Of Five Meters For Measuring Electrical And Photovoltaic Parameters. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 5 To Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Equipment: 1) The Description Of The Offered Equipment Should Be Submitted At The Offer, According To The Template, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz (I.E. At The Date Of Submission Of Offers), As It Will Specify The Benefit In It, Which Will Be Fulfilled In The Event Of The Selection Of The Offer As The Most Advantageous, It Consists Of The Content Of The Offer. At The Same Time, The Content Of The Offer Consists Only Of These Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which Contractors Should Not Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With Minimal Requirements Of The Employer - On The Principle Meets/ Does Not Meet, But Provide The Full Name Of The Manufacturer, Type And Model Of The Equipment Offered For Its Unambiguous Identification And/ Or Specify The Size Of The Technical Parameters Or The Characteristics Of The Devices. Specifying This Information Is Necessary For The Employer To Conduct The Proceedings And Consists Of The Content Of The Offer.
