The Employer Informs That All Information About The Gas Collection Point (Points Addresses, Tariff Groups, Installed Devices And Expected Consumption) Can Be Found In The Table In Annex 2 To Swz - A List Of Gas Collection Points. The Gas Consumption Given In Annex 2 To Swz Is Only Indicative, Used Only To Calculate The Price Of The Offer And Comparison Of Offers. It Does Not Constitute A Commitment To Buy Gas In The Given Amount. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From Gas Sales Will Take Place According To Prices And Fees In The Submitted Offer And On The Basis Of Actual Indications Of The Measuring System. Given In The Price Cost Estimate, I.E. In Annex 2, The Amount Of Gas Fuel To The Agreement Is Indicative Of Calculating The Value Of The Offer And The Maximum Value Of The Concluded Contract. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Amount Of Gas To Be Settled Takes Place Every Month Or In Accordance With The Time Of Gas Meter Readings By The Gas Distributor, Based On The Actual Reading Of The Indications Of The Measuring System, According To The Prices Set Out In The Suppliers Offer. The Supplier Must Have A Current License For Gas Fuel Trading And A Contract With A Distribution Network For The Provision Of Distribution Services, Valid During The Delivery (Sale) Of Natural Gas For The Contracting Authority. The Supplier Undertakes To Supply Gas Fuel, High-Methane Gas E (Gz-50), At A Pressure Not Lower Than 1.8 Kpa, To The Installation Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities And Transfer The Ownership Of Gas Fuel Supplied To The Recipient. The Contracting Authority Declares That It Meets The Criteria Specified In Art. 62B Para. 1 Point 2 Lit. D Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 266, As Amended).
