The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Scope Of Ensuring Technical Service At The Ice Kraków Congress Center. 1.1 The Scope Of The Order Includes Providing Technical Service For Preparatory Work Carried Out By The Ordering Party In Connection With Events Organized By Tenants At The Ice Kraków Congress Center (Kraków, Ul. M. Konopnicka 17). 1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 1.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Its Scope, Method Of Implementation And Related Requirements, Was Presented In Annex 1 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Any Changes In Swz Content, Which Is, For Example, The Result Of Answers To The Questions Of Contractors Or Modification Of Swz.2.
