The Aim Of The Tender Is To Contract One Supplier Who Facilitates The Hanze In The Field Of The Delivery Of Laptops, Screens, Fat Clients, Special Workplace Equipment And Delivery Of Peripherals And Accessories (Jointly Mentioned Workplace Equipment) Including The Related Services. The Expectation Is That Fewer Laptops Will Be Purchased In The Coming Years Than The Previous Four Years And That The Focus Will Mainly Be On Purchasing Peripherals (Such As Monitors), Accessories And Desktop Pcs. The Starting Point For Replacing Laptops Is The Technical Lifespan Of The Device. At The Moment There Are 4000 Laptops In Use At The Hanze University Of Applied Sciences. The Laptops Are Replaced On Average After 5 Years, At The End Of The Technical Lifespan. Due To Demographic Contraction, We Expect A Decrease In The Number Of Students And Staff Of Around 10%Over The Next 5 Years. This Means That Around 650 Laptops Will Be Replaced Annually.
