The Feasibility Study Of The Hevis Transmission Project, Or Hevis Transmission Project, Will Prepare An Feasibility Study In The Hepomäki Area In Kuopio, In The Kuopio Hepomäki Green Transition. The Aim Of The Project Is To Get New Companies In The Circular Economy, The Green And Pure Energy -Related Companies To Be Located In Hepomäki And Companies Already Operating There To Develop Their Operations. The Feasibility Study And The Master Plan Contained Therein Are Aimed At Streamlining The Formulas And Permit Processes. The Project Also Explores The Infrastructure Of The Green Transition Companies, The Construction Conditions And The Needs Of The Area To Evaluate The Environmental Impact. This Procurement Is Looking For Journalists For The Master Plan For Land Use, Related Soil And Ground Surveys And Stormwater Plan. The Acquisition Is Divided Into Three (3) Areas. The Offer Can Be Submitted To One Or More Areas. Partial Area 1. General Planning Part 2. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Annexes Of The Invitation To Tender, A Description Of The Procurement Section 1, A Description Of The Procurement Part Area 2 And A Description Of The Acquisition Component 3. In Accordance With The Preliminary Schedule Of The Procurement, The Master Plan (Section 1) Must Be Completed By 31.12.2025. Soil Surveys (Sub-Area 2) Must Be Ready By 31.10.2025. The Stormwater Plan/Stormwater Management Needs (Sub-Area 3) Must Be Ready By 31.12.2025.
