The Key Goal Is Not Only To Meet Functional Requirements, But Also Optimization Of Energy Consumption And Effective Waste Management, Which Will Contribute To The Creation Of Elegant Architecture. The Contracting Authority Focuses On Sustainable Development, Which Means That Multi -Branch Design Documentation Should Respect Environmental Protection Principles And Minimize The Negative Effects Related To The Implementation Of The Project. In This Context, It Will Be Important To Take Into Account Ecological Aspects At Each Stage Of Design, Which Will Allow Harmonious To Integrate Buildings In The Surroundings. Cooperation With The Contractor Aims To Ensure That All Elements Of The Project Are In Line With The Adopted Standards And Environmental Protection Requirements. To Achieve The Intended Goals, The Employer Plans To Order A Project Supervision Service, Which Will Include The Contractors Advice On The Development Of Multi-Branch Project And Cost Documentation. As Part Of This Process, The Contractor Will Participate In The Public Procurement Procedure As An Expert, Which Will Provide Additional Substantive Support. In Addition, A Project Supervision Service Is Also Provided, Which Will Include Technical Advice At The Stage Of Implementing Multi-Branch Project And Cost Documentation, Which Aims To Ensure High Quality And Compliance With The Ordered Standards.
