It Is Necessary To Use The Already Existing Holes From Dismantled Holders To As Much As Possible; - Note Number 2, 4 And 7. They Must Be From The Same Line (Design). The Aforementioned Holders Are Set For The Needs Of Sanitary Spaces In Hotels And In The Administration Building. - Offered Holders Must Be In The Same Color For The Following Items: 1, 2, 4, 7 And 10 (Or Black Or White Holders). - The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Carry Out The Regular Service Of The Posts Set, The Possible Replacement Of The Holder, As Well As The Supplement For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement And The Contract Concluded Under The Framework Agreement; - The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Organize The Education Of The Contracting Authorities In Charge Of Maintaining Hygiene While Issuing A Certified Record Of The Adopted Knowledge Of Employees Who Were Educated. The Contracting Authority Will Submit To The Selected Bidder A List Of Employees Of Persons Who Will Be Obliged To Attend The Education After The Signature Of The Framework Agreement / Contract And Within 15 Days; - All Of The Above Must Be Included In The Offer Price. In Accordance With Art. 313, Paragraph 2 Of The Pp, 2016 The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Control Whether The Execution Of The Public Procurement Agreement Is In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation And The Selected Bid.
