Technical Testing, Analysis And Consultancy Services - Designation Of A Design Office In Stability And Fire Safety For A Technical Feasibility Study And A Complete Mission Of Studies And Control Of The Execution Relating To Renovation And Redevelopment (1) Of The A1j Building - Jesuits Wing And (2) A3 - Library Of The Uliège, Center -Ville - Site Of 20 -August.. The Project Which Is The Subject Of This Mission Is Developing Within The Framework Of The Development Project Of A Learning Center-Aut 20-Aut, Registered In The Strategic Plan Infrastructures 2024-2028 Of The Uliège The Mission Consists In Carrying Out (Firm Tranche) A Feasibility Study (Pre-Project Stadium) Technique Of Stability And Complete Fire Safety Of The A1j And A3 Buildings (Including For Each Building, The Renovation Of The Roof And Internal Redevelopments Necessary) Then To Ensure (Conditional Tranches) A Complete Mission Of Studies And Control Of The Execution Of The Work For The Stability And Fire Safety Parties For The A1j Building (Condition 1) And The A3 Building (Conditional Tranche 2). The Mission Is Exhaustively Defined In The Guidance Note And The Execution Clauses Of This Market. It Is Specified That For Reasons Of Phasing And Occupation, The Two Studies / Construction Sites Will Take Place Successively (A1j Then A3), Each Building Is Therefore The Subject Of Clean Billing And Planning. The Two Conditional Slices Will Therefore Not Necessarily Be Lifted At The Same Time. The Conditional Tranches Will Be Lifted On The Basis Of The Results Of The Firm Tranche And The Budget Allocated To The Project, Within A Maximum Of 2 Years After The Validation Of The Results Of The Firm Tranche. This Market Aims To Designate The Design Office In Stability And Fire Safety For The Complete Mission Of Studies And Control Of The Execution Relating To The Renovation And Redevelopments Of The A1j - Jesuit And A3 - Library Buildings.
