Tender For Increasing Capacity Of 33/11 Kv Sub Station Allahganj And Other Associates Works Under Edc Shahjahanpur In Nagar Nikay. - Part (A) - WORK SPECIFICATIONFOR INCREASING CAPACITY OF 33/11 KV SUBTATION ALLAHGANJ FROM 2X5 TO 10+5 MVA (SHAHJAHANPUR) 2 Supply of following materials 3 MS Channel 125x65mm 4 MS Angle 75x75x8 mm 5 Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Store Centre of Electricity store division bareilly to the site of work including measuring, weighing, loading, unloading at both ends and proper stacking at safe site. 6 11 KV 3x300 mm2 XLPE Cable 7 11 KV Cable jointing Kit 3x300 mm2 O/D 8 33 KV Bus Isolator 9 33 KV LA 10 33 KV VCB 11 33 KV control panel single T/F 12 33 kv O/D CT CTR 200/100/1 13 Making of triangular bridge by using M.S. electrodes and G.I. Strip 50x6mm with providing of well type pipe earthing upto 15 Mtr. Depth below G/L including welding etc. by boaring process at TF neutral and body earthing including cost of all required material as GI Pipe of size 40mm dia, round bar 32 mm dia, etc. 14 welding & laying of G.I. strip 50x6mm size with structuresand all equipments in switchyard and control room, M.S. Bar including cutting, binding and proper fixing etc. complete. The welding and laying of G.S. Strips to L.A. with full length of structures and also the M.S. bridge near L.A. structures. All required material will be provided by firm. 15 Fabrication, erection and grouting of the following structures as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing and its, plinth 30cm above ground level as directed by the Engineer Incharge, Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate with material including all accessories(all type of material provided by firm ) 16 Fuse Set Structure 17 Mounting and installation, including Mechnical & electrical fixing and adjusting of the following equipments on their respective structures including proper adjustment: 18 33 KV Bus Isolator 19 33 KV Fuse Set (Provided by firm) 20 Lightening Arrestor 21 33 KV VCB 22 33 KV CT 23 24 V Battery set with charger(To be provided by firm I.S.I. mark only of DC System with one float cum boost charger & battery set for 24V. System with 150A.H. Capacity with cabinet). 24 Dismentaling of following damage equipment. 25 33 KV Bus Isolator 26 33 KV Fuse Set 27 Lightening Arrestor 28 33 KV VCB 29 33 KV CT 30 33 KV control panel single T/F 31 Complete laying and termination of copper control cable in PVC Pipe 4" dia from 5 MVA power T/F and 33 KV VCB in the out door switch yard in the Transformer relay control panel inside the control room including cost of all materials and labour required for proper completion of works as per RESSPO drawings. 32 Laying of 11KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C and control room to D/P outside Sub-Station over a pad of river sand . Cable shall be laid 500mm below the ground in the yard by covering three sides with Ist Class brick and Ganga sand (All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except 11 KV cables ). 33 Erection & testing of single T/F Control panel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room"s tranches by river sand. 34 Termination of 11 KV Different size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with LV side of T/F switch gear panels and double poles by providing suitable connectors. 35 Shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 10 MVA transformer from road side to its plinth alongwith its erection including fixing of all assessories and top-up of T/F oil. 36 Shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 5 MVA transformer from its plinth to safe site in switchyard at Allaganj substation alongwith proper disconnection of its HT, LV, control cable and earthing connection. 37 Painting of the all newly and existing structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. Paint/green paint of ISI Mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level. 38 Carriage of old scrap material from site to store center Shajahanpur. 39 Repairing of complete switchyard fencing and its painting. 40 Part (B) - WORK SPECIFICATIONFOR SYSTEM STRENTHENING WORK AT ALLAHGANJ SUBSTATION SHAHJAHANPUR UNDER NAGAR NIKAY 2024-25 41 Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Store Centre of Electricity store division bareilly to the site of work including measuring, weighing, loading, unloading at both ends and proper stacking at safe site. 42 33 KV Line Isolator 43 33 KV Bus Isolator 44 33 KV LA 45 33 KV VCB 46 33 KV control panel single T/F 47 33 kv O/D CT CTR 200/100/1 48 Making of triangular bridge by using M.S. electrodes and G.I.
