Tender For Ofc Rehabilitation / Ofc Patch Work In Udaipur Oa (Mungana Nithuwa); 1 Excavating trenches up to a depth of 1.65m and back fillingthe excavated trenches after laying the HDPE/PLB pipe with or without protection as per tender specification ( OFT/ (OFCT) 2 i) In Non Rocky Soil /Soft Soil/Kachcha soil( OFTK ) 3 ii) In Pucca Soil 4 ii) In Soft Rock Soil /Disintegrated (D.I.) Soil ( OFTP ) 5 iii) in Rocky soil/Hard Rock Soil ( OFTR ) 6 Excavation and trenching including tunneling or boring and reinstatement as per construction specification of tender to a depth of 1.65 mtrs in bituminized/ concrete/set stone (rate per meter) for single PLB pipe. ( OFB ) 7 Laying of PLB HDPE duct by HDD method at a depth of 1.65 mtrs or more ( for single PLB pipe ) in Soft Soil ( OFHS ) 8 Laying of PLB HDPE duct by HDD method at a depth of 1.65 mtrs or more (for single PLB pipe) in Rocky Soil ( OFHR ) 9 Road/Rail crossing through horizontal boring method and inserting 65/40 Dia G.I./DWC pipes & pushing HDPE Pipe/Coils inside & drawing PP rope. ( (GIHB) ) 10 Laying of PLB HDPE Pipe/GI Pipes/RCC Pipe/DWC 11 Laying of single PLB HDPE Pipes/Coils, coupled with coupler ( LPH / (HDPE) ) 12 Laying and fixing of G.I. Pipes (Medium duty class having inner diameter of 50mm, as per ISI specifications) in trenches with PLB pipe HDPE Pipes/Coils inside ( LGIT /(GIPT1) ) 13 Laying and fixing G.I. pipes(Medium duty class having inner diameter of 50mm, as per ISI specification) in trenches on Bridges and Culverts with PLB HDPE pipes/Coils inside ( LGIC /(GIBC) ) 14 Laying and fixing of G.I.65mm Pipes (Medium duty class having inner diameter of 50mm, as per ISI specifications) in trenches with PLB pipeHDPE Pipes/Coils inside (G.I. GR/DWC-34/01 sep-2007 with latest amendments) in trenches over PLB HDPE pipes/coils, on culverts/bridges/Nula and for cases where cable is laid at less depth (wherever required) ( LFRC / (RCCT(A)) ) 16 Laying of half- split RCC(ISI Mark)/DWC pipe (as per existing TEC GR no GR/DWC-34/01 sep 2007 with latest amendment) in trenches over PLB HDPE pipes /coils, on culverts/ bridges/nula/and for cases where cable is laid at less depth (wherever required) ( LSRC /(RCCT(B)) ) 17 Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 at Wheel guard of bridge/culvert over the toe or in the trench for protection 25cm* 25cm over 40mm Dia PLB pipe ( PCCT ) 18 Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 over the PLB HDPE PIPE with wire mesh (as per specification of tender) in the trenches for protection, where the depth is less than 120 Cms(CementConcrete as perspecification) 25cm* 25cm over 40mm Dia PLB pipe ( PCCM ) 19 Cable laying by pulling/blowing 20 Laying of OF Cable by Pulling/blowing method including opening of Manhole, Sealing of PLB HDPE Pipes (6F,12F,24F) ( OFPB / (OFCP) ) 21 Laying of 48F OF Cable by Pulling/blowing method including opening of Manhole, Sealing of PLB HDPE Pipes ( OFPB / (OFCP) ) 22 Laying of 96F & Above OF Cable by Pulling/blowing method including opening of Manhole, Sealing of PLB HDPE Pipes ( OFPB / (OFCP) ) 23 Pulling/blowing method of any type of OF Cable in existing Doct/HDPE Pipes ( OFPB / (OFCP) ) 24 Splicing of OF Cable 25 Splicing of fibers in existing/new Joint chambers for making straight/branch joints on new routes or at FPOI and end to end testing of all fibers after splicing. Including installation cost (6F,12F & 24F) ( SSBJ / (OFST) ) 26 Splicing of all the fibers of 6F, 12F & 24F) OF cable in the fibre termination box at the Gram Panchayats and testing all the fibers for continuity. This will also include installation/mounting of the FTB/WSC as specified. ( SFTB /(OFST) ) 27 Splicing of fibers (48F) in existing/new Joint chambers for making straight/branch joints on new routes or at FPOI and end to end testing of all fibers after splicing. Including installation cost ( SSBJ / (OFST) ) 28 Splicing of all the fibers of (48F) OF cable in the fibre termination box (FDMS) at the Exchanges and testing all the fibers for continuity. This will also include installation/mounting of the FTB/WSC as specified. ( SFTB / (OFST) ) 29 Splicing of fibers (96F) in existing/new Joint chambers for making straight/branch joints on new routes or at FPOI and end to end testing of all fibers after splicing. Including installation cost ( SSBJ / (OFST) ) 30 Splicing of all the fibers of (96F) OF cable in the fibre termination box (FDMS) at the exchanges and testing all the fibers for continuity. This will also include installation/mounting of the FTB/WSC as specified. ( SFTB / (OFST) ) 31 Splicing of all the fibers of (128F) OF cable in the fibre termination box (FDMS) at the exchanges and testing all the fibers for continuity. This will also include installation/mounting of the FTB/WSC as specified. ( SFTB / (OFST) ) 32 Splicing of all the fibers of (128F) OF cable in the fibre termination box (FDMS) at the exchanges and testing all the fibers for continuity. ( JCE ) 37 Route Indicator 38 Digging of pit 1 mtr towards jungle side on each main hole/joint chamber for fixing of route/joint indicator fixing & concreting of route/joint /route indicator painting & sign writing of route including supply of Joint/route indicator ( RISR / (ORJF) ) 39 Restoration of road surface 40 Road restoration work with bituminous macadam for semi grouting 50mm thick and premix carpet surfacing 25mm thick over the grouted surface( total up to 75mm thick ), including supply of asphalt etc.to evenly match the road, including consolidation and rolling as per standard specification of DSR 1997 ( RRSB ) 41 Road restoration work with cement concrete 1:4:8 mix for thickness varying from 150mm to 225mm, including supply of concrete to evenly match the road.
