Tender For Provision Of Tyre Killers; 1 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “Electro- Hydraulic Tyre killer suitable for blocking width of minimum 5.00 meter. The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier made of galvanized steel. The spike should be of a nominal dia/thickness of 25mm, height 450mm with spacing between spikes not more then 200 mm at an angle of 60. The system shall be suitable to work on 230V, signle phase /415V, 3 phase, 50Hz AC supply.The system shall be capable of Manual operation during power off with Hydraulic power pcak/unit with accumulator for hydraulic operation during power failure. The system shall also consists of safety interlock detector, photo sensor, Control panel with push buttons, Two remote controls, MCBs of suitable rating, power, control and logic circuitalong with all accessories housed in a IP66 weather proof enclosure, with lock and key arrangement. The enclosure should be equipped with LED Light at the Top indicating serviceability of electric systems.Traffic lights shall be supplied and installed to alert vehicle drivers of the Tyre Killer position. The scope of work include all the necessary civil works required for installing and commissioning of the tyre killer/laying of GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter), including excavation of existing Concrete/ PQC / bitumen road/footpath, disposal of excavated material, concrete work and making good the same after installation, provision of Self priming sump pump of suitable rating to drain the accumulated water along with suitable drain arrangement using GI/PVC pipe as per site requirement. Supply & laying of power/control cables in suitable size GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter) bwetween control panel and individual units, interconnection, complete as per the technical specification and as per directions and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 CAMC for Tyre Killer for 1st Year after the warranty period of one year 3 CAMC for Tyre Killer for 2nd Year after the warranty period of one year 4 CAMC for Tyre Killer for 3rd Year after the warranty period of one year 5 CAMC for Tyre Killer for 4th Year after the warranty period of one year 6 CAMC for Tyre Killer for 5th Year after the warranty period of one year
