Tender For Work of internal conservation, landscaping etc. of the historic Butler Gate located in Butler Colony. Part-B - SITE CLEARANCE 2 Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for all lead for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 3 DISMANTLING WORKS 4 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 5 Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6 FINISHING WORKS 7 Lime plaster 1:1:1 (1 lime putty : 1 surkhi: 1 finesand) 8 Repairing ornamental plaster works to match with the existing design using lime plaster (1lime putty:1surkhi) 9 Plastering of the dome in lime mortar 1:1:1(1 Lime:1 surkhi:1 coarse sand) of 100mm thickness 10 Lime punning with lime putty mixed with Gur,Bilgri,Urd and other ingredients followedby grinding to fine paste for smooth finish 11 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 12 Providing and laying of artistic painting on wall in approved shade including the cost of themetically designing of artworks including graphics, text, illustrations as per design approved by Architect in charge. 13 Providing and fixing stone jali 40 mm thick throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfers etc.Red sand stone 14 Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. Red sand stone 15 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood 16 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class teak wood35 mm thick shutters 17 WATERPROOFING WORKS 18 Applying breathable, non-reactive, antifungal, and water repellant Silane/ Siloxane chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineerin- charge, of approved brand and manufacture, diluted with solvent mineralTurpentine oil in the ratio of 1:12 (One part of approved chemical :12 Part of Turpentine oil), on the existing sand stone masonry surface with two or more coats to give uniform application of chemical on the surface, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding). 19 ROAD WORK 20 Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 21 Providing and fixing of 40 to 50 mm thick granite cobble stone of approved color, size and design, including setting in position to the required level and line over a bed of 20 mm average thick cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), with joints 3mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) admixture with pigment to match the shade of stone aand pointing with same mortar. 22 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including gettingout and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, asdirected by Engineer-in- Charge:All kinds of soil0.30m & above.
