4.1. The Subject Of The Investment Is Construction Works On The Investment Task Entitled Adaptation Of The Rooms Of The School Complex In Józefów Nad Wisłą For The Needs Of The Public Library. 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:  Reconstruction Of The Existing Building: Separation Of New Commercial, Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms And A Time Of Time For A New Function;  Renovation Of External Stairs Together With The Installation Of A Platform For Disabled People;  Execution Of Internal Electrical Installation In The Part Covered By The Reconstruction, With Emergency Lighting;  Implementation Of The Internal Installation; Water And Sewage System;  Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation. The Obligations Of The Contractor Also Include The Performance Of All Actions And Activities Necessary To Notify The Termination Of The Contract Covered By The Contract And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit To Use (Not Allowed). All Covers (Including Administrative) Resulting From Receiving Procedures Burden The Contractor
