Design Services (Sf And Cs) For Pilot Digitel Power Lines Of The Future -Lea 400 Kv Isaccea -Tulcea West From Simple Circuit The Following Activities Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor Within This Procedure: 1) Elaboration Studies And Documentation Underlying The Feasibility Study Elaboration Study Hydrological Study: Preliminary -Elaboration Topographic Study, Including Orthophotoplanes -Anevar Documentation For Establishing The Value Of The Lands That Will Be Expropriated, If Applicable -Documentation For The Definitive Removal Of The Land From The Agricultural Circuit, If Applicable -Technical -Economic Studies, If Any, For Changes In: • Lea Belonging To The Distribution Companies; • Cfr Telecommunications Lines; • Telecommunications Lines Of Other Operators; • Other Goals. 2) Elaboration Of Feasibility Study (Sf): -Elaboration Of Feasibility Study -Helping, Completing And/Or Modifying The Feasibility Study, As A Result Of The Recommendations Of The Contracting Entity; 3) Obtaining Urbanism Certificate: -Elaboration Of Documentation To Obtain The Urbanism Certificate, Including Obtaining The Urbanism Certificate; -Elaboration Of Documentation For Obtaining The Opinions And Agreements Required By The Urbanism Certificate, Respectively To Obtain Other Notices And Agreements Required By The Applicable Legislation; 4) Documentation Elaboration For Obtaining The Gd Of Expropriation Of Land And/Or Transfer, If Applicable; 5) Documentation Elaboration For Obtaining The Gd Regarding The Approval Of The Definitive Removal From The National Forest Fund And The Approval Of The Temporary Occupation From The National Forest Fund, If Applicable; 6) Tasks (Cs) Specification Of Design Services (Pte Preparation) And Execution Works: -Elaboration Of Tasks -Helping, Completing And/Or Modifying The Specification, As A Result Of The Recommendations Of The Contracting Entity; 7) Technical Assistance During The Period Of Carrying Out The Procurement Procedure For Awarding The Works Execution Contract. 8) Deliverable Updating Services (Sf, General Quotation, Cost -Benefit Analysis, Cs, Documentation For Obtaining The Hg Of Expropriation Of Land And/Or Transfer, Etc.) The Deadline Until The Economic Operators Interested In The Access To The Award Procedure Can Request Clarifications: Until The 17Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission. Any Request For Clarification Must Be Transmitted In Seap (Http://Sicap-Prod.E-Licitatie.Ro/Pub). The Contracting Entity Will Only Respond To The Requests For Clarifications Addressed By The Economic Operators Until The Deadline Established Above, According To Art. 29 Paragraph (3) Of Gd 394/2016.
