It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support- Framework Contract For It Consulting And Development Services 2025. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is A Framework Contract For It Consulting And Development Services, From Which Services Of Up To Eur 21 Million (Net) Can Be Commissioned Within The Contract Term. There Is No Entitlement To Exhaustion Or An Obligation To Call. The Amount Of The Commission Is Determined By The Individual Calls From This Framework Contract (Actual Amount Of The Required Consultant Days Per Individual Call). The Term Is 1 Year With The Option Of The Three -Time Extension For 1 Year Each. The Tender Is Aimed At Companies That Employ Permanent Employees, As Well As Companies That Will Use The Client For The Provision Of Services. The Transfer Of (Time) Workers Is Not The Subject Of This Tender. Since These Topics Can Interlock, A Division Of The Subject Areas In The Form Of A Lot Formation Of The Framework Contract Is Targeted.
