Tender For Birwadi K.T.Weir - Repairing Embankment Piers As Well As Repairing Checkpoints. - Item no 1: Providing casing embankment using selected pervious material from approved borrow areas (Private land- contractor"s own material) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 % of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with lead upto1 km forwater and all lifts as directed 2 Item No-2: Providing pointing with cement mortar for stone masonry including racking joints, centering, scaffolding, curing etc. complete as directed.(Cement Mortar 1:2) 3 Item No-3: Drilling 52-57 mm dia grout holes by percusson drilling equipment through masonry / rock in stages as directed including cleaning and flushing the drilled holes, conveyance of all materials and equipments for all other ancillary etc complete. As Directed by Engineer-In-charge 4 Item No-4: Providing & injecting cementatious grout as per specification in the drilled holes at required pressure including supplying, conveying cement ,micro silica, fly ash, admixtures (Accelerator, Binder, Superplasticizer) , grouting machinery with packer system etc complete. As Directed by Engineer-Incharge. 5 Item No - 05: Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M 20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering ,scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc.A) M-20 (20 MSA) (Cement 6.60 bags/Cum) 6 Item no 6: Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materils as directed with all leads, lifts etc. 7 Item No.07- Providing B.B. masonry with conventional I.S. type bricks for super structure including striking joints, watering, centering, scaffolding with lift upto 1.5 m., including cost of material etc. complete as Directed. 8 Item No. 08: -Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:5 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete 9 Item No. 09 - Providing rough cast cement plaster externally in two coats to concrete, brick or stone masonry surfaces in all positions with base coat of 12 to 15 mm thick in C.M. 1:4 and rough cast treatment 12mm thick in proportion 1:1 1/2:3 including scaffolding and fourteen days curing complete. 10 Item No. 10 Providing and applying 2 coats of 100% Pure acrylic low VOC and APEO & HCHO free water based paint of approved colour that belongs to class 1 flame spreadresistance of approved make Paint should provide durable and long lasting silk finish with a high crack tolerance of upto 1mm. Paint should have an oustanding washability with high resistance to wide range of bacteria and fungus. Paint has to be applied on smooth and uniform surface prepared by an acrylic copolymer low VOC & Odour putty. This surface should be primed with water based low VOC Primer. The work activity should cover all aspects of applying paints from surface preparation as directed by Engineer in charge. 11 Item No. 11: -Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 50mm thick with M20 cement concrete laid to proper level and slope in alternate bays including compaction, filling joints, marking lines to give the appearance of tiles of 30cm x 30cm or other size laid diagonally/ square etc. finishing smooth (with extra cement) in anyolour as directed and curing etc. complete. With Crushed Sand 12 Item No. 12: -Providing and fixing green marble of 18 to 20 mm thick for door frame/ dado/ window boxing etc. On C.M. 1:6 including filling joints with polymer base filler nosing / moulding the sharp edges wherever necessary, curing, etc. complete..
