Tenders are invited for Reconstruction of Roads in Yap State. Lot CW4A: Y1 Tomil Road Lot CW4B: Y2 Gagil Road 8. Prior to accessing the bidding documents, bidders are required to register free of charge unto the Tenderlink portal of DTCI: https://www.tenderlink.com/dtci/ 9. Bidders must submit their Bids electronically through Tenderlink on or before 1 May 2025, 10:00 AM, (Pohnpei local time). Late bids and hard copy submissions will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration duly signed. 10. Bids will be opened after the deadline on 1 May 2025, 11:00 AM (Pohnpei local time). Bidders will have the option to attend the electronic bid opening via an online videoconferencing system. The link to the virtual opening will be sent to all bidders through the Tenderlink portal seven days prior to the opening. 11. The Employer will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of their Bids.
