Tenders are invited for Reconstruction of Roads in Kosrae State. Bidders must submit their Bids electronically through Tenderlink on or before 1 May 2025, 10:00 AM (Pohnpei local time). Late bids and hard copy submissions will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration duly signed. Bids will be opened after the deadline on 1 May 2025, 11:00 AM (Pohnpei local time). Bidders will have the option to attend the electronic bid opening via an online videoconferencing system. The link to the virtual opening will be sent to all bidders through the Tenderlink portal seven days prior to the opening.
