The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed From The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020, Operations Such As Water Resource Management As Part Of The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others ::1) Preparatory Works; 2) Earthworks; 3) Fortification And Finishing Works. 3. Detailed Rules And Terms Of The Contract Were Set Out In The Water Law Application (Annex 2 To Swz) And The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract (Annex 5 To Swz).
