1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant With A Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In Wipsowo, The Barczewo Commune, In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of A Public Task In The Design Formula. The Planned Undertaking Is Part Of The General Plan To Organize Sewage Management In The Barczewo Commune, Which Will Consist In The Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant Along With A Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections In Wipsowo, Barczewo Commune. The Implementation Of The Planned Investment Task Will Enable Proper Cleaning Of The Domestic And Economic Sewage, Reaching The Treatment Plant, Bringing Sewage Cleaned To The Appropriate Parameters And Then Draining It To The Receiver. The Project Is Implemented To Ensure A High Technical Standard Of Collecting Sewage And Proper Cleaning Of Them Before Introducing Into The Receiver In A Stable And At The Same Time Independent Of The Expected Changes In The Composition Of Raw Sewage And The Seasons, So As To Meet The Legal Requirements Included In The Provisions Of Applicable Law And Administrative Decisions. 4. According To The Contracting Authority, The Project Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Mode, So The Works Also Include The Implementation Of Design Documentation (Construction And Executive Project) Together With Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Permits, Including Building Permits And Submitted Entries Of Unprottes And Operating Documentation, As Well As Developing A Map For Design Purposes. Full Responsibility For Achieving The Assumed Objectives Of The Project Rests With The Contractor. 5. The Entire Undertaking Consists Of: 1) Drawing Up A Construction Project And Obtaining For It Resulting From The Provisions: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits Together With The Building Permit; 2) Geodetic Service; 3) Performing Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Project.
