The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Draw Up A Set Of Project Documentation For The Purposes Of The Event Development Of The Availability Of Residential Services For Persons With Disabilities In The Locality Červený Kostelec, Where The Resulting Documentation Will Be The Project Documentation For The Construction. Part Of The Performance Is Also The Information Model Of The Building (Ims) And Its Regular Updates In Accordance, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Bim Protocol And Its Annexes. The Subject Of Performance Will Also Be A Complete Provision Of Engineering Activities, Including The Discussion Of The Proposed Solution With Concerned State Administration Bodies And Other Related Services. The Scope And Content Of The Pd Construction Is Determined By Decree No. 131/2024, On The Documentation Of Buildings. The Subject Of The Designed Construction Is To Build The Background Of The Service Home For People With Disabilities With A Capacity Of 18 Beds In At Least 3 Homes (Max. 6 Beds/1 Household) And Facilities For Daily Programs. The Background Of The Service Takes The Form Of One Or More Family Houses (Or An Apartment Building) With The Garden Adapted To The Target Groups Of The Population. The Requirement Is User -Friendly, Efficient, Timeless, Multifunctional, Safe, Family Housing, Respectively. Roommation, Allowing Everyday Life. Target Group Of Service, Ie. Household Residents Are People With Mental And Combined Disabilities With The Need For A High Level Of Support, Persons Who Need To Help In Most Or All The Care Of Their Persons Assistance/Assistance, Including Possible Nursing Care. The Economic Advantage Of The Building (When Comparing Acquisition And Operating Costs) And Materials And Equipment Are Preferred To Allow Simple And Minimal Maintenance. The Proposal Must Respect The Economic Possibilities Of The Contracting Authority In The Estimated Amount Of Investment Costs Up To Czk 110,000,000 Without Vat. Suppliers Are Expected To Look For Solutions That Will Lead To The Investment Costs. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Services That Consist Of: 1 Preparation Of The Contract - All Necessary Documents For The Project Incl. Necessary Surveys, 2.
