Waste-Tip Management Services-Collection And Further Development Of Bulky Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07) From The Municipal Installation In Wola Pawłowska. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Successive Collection And Further Management Of Bulky Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07) From A Municipal Installation In Wola Pawłowska. The Offered Method Of Waste Management Must Comply With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex 1 To The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 1.1. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Period Of The Contract Will Be No More Than 1,800 Mg (Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring Less Amount During The Contract, But Not Less Than 1,300 Mg). 1.2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Transfer Less Waste During The Contract, And The Contractor Will Not Bring Any Claims On This Account. 1.3. Weighing The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Take Place On The Legalized Weight Of The Employer. 1.6 Waste Should Be Collected By The Contractor Using Technically Efficient Cars, Adapted For Waste Collection And Transport, Properly Marked And Enabling Waste Protection During Transport. 1.7. Tour Of Waste Collection And Admission To Installation For Development Will Be Confirmed By The Municipal Waste Transfer Card, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E. In The Electronic Waste Recording System Via The Product And Packaging Database, And On Waste Management (Bdo), In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Item 1.8 The Contractor, After Each Month Of Performance Of The Service, Is Obliged To Provide A Statement On The Method Of Waste Management Along With The Indication Of The Installation (Name And Address), In Which The Waste In Question Was Given To The Recovery Process R.
