The Courts Service Information Technology Directorate Supports Circa 1,800 Users Working Across Ireland And Is Seeking A Licensing Partner For All Microsoft Licensing Requirements Over The Duration Covered By This Procurement. There Is A Current Enterprise Agreement In Place Covering The Large Majority Of Microsoft Licensing Usage, And Also Has 2 Mpsa Agreements. The Courts Service Also Makes Substantial Use Of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Which Would Be Covered By This Procurement. The Courts Service Will Also Have Other Non-Microsoft License Requirements Over The Duration Covered By This Procurement For Purchase Under The Contract Arising From This Competition.
