ny Competition Pre -Treatment System For Organic Waste . Hra Biogas Plants Have Been In Operation Since 2005. Existing Line Of Pre -Treatment 2 From 2014 Is The Main Treatment Line In Operation. Hra Receives Organic Waste From Households And Organic Waste From Private Companies, Mainly From Stores, Shopping Malls And From The Food Industry. Hra Biogas Plants Are Approved For The Treatment Of Organic Waste Cat 3, In Accordance With The Waste Directive 1069/2009 Regulations For Animal By -Products. The Extent Of The Procurement Is The Expansion Of Existing Facilities For Organic Waste Pre -Treatment And Waste Treatment Facilities. The Value Of The Procurement Is Estimated At 10 Mnok Excluding Vat. The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. Pursuant To §7-9 (4) Of The Regulations, This Is Considered To Have A Clearly Better Climate And Environmental Effect By Having Climate And Environmental Requirements In The Requirements Specification. This Is Justified By The Fact That The Acquisition Is An Extension Of The Plant With The Aim Of Reducing The Loss Of Organic Matter. This Reduces The Amount Of Rejection Delivered To Combustion And Contributes To Increased Production Of Biogas That Replaces Fossil Fuels. It Is Therefore Our Assessment That The Use Of This Requirement Will Have A Clearly Better Climate Effect Than Using Climate And Environmental Considerations As A Award Criterion, Cf.
