Provision Of Cars For Carrying Out Operative-Search And Preventive Activity Against Drivers Of Motor Vehicles With A Risk Profile, Endangering Road Safety, With Four Lots As Follows: Lot 1 - Delivery Of A Mass Car Of A Massive Type The Subject Of The Separate Position Includes Delivery And Warranty (Service) Servicing Of A Single Mass Car Of A Massive Type Lot 2 - Delivery Of A High -Speed Car The Subject Of The Separate Position Includes Delivery And Warranty (Service) Servicing Of One High -Speed Car Lot No. 3 - Delivery Of A High -Pass Car The Subject Of The Separate Position Includes Delivery And Warranty (Service) Servicing Of One High -Pass Car Lot 4 - Delivery Of A Passenger Light Truck (Van/Van) The Subject Of The Separate Position Includes Delivery And Warranty (Service) Servicing Of A Single Passenger Car (Van/Van) The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Cars To Carry Out Some Of The Main Activities Under Art. 6, Para. 1 Of The Law On The Ministry Of The Interior (Zia), Namely: Operational-Search Activity (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Ministry Of The Interior) And Preventive Activity (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Item 8 Of The Ministry Of The Interior), With A Focus On Motor Vehicles With An Established Risk Profile Of Behavior. The Warranty Period Of The Vehicles According To Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot No. 3 And Lot No. 4, Are As Follows: 1. Guarantee Period Of The Car From The Emergence Of Factory Defects, Including Car Light Bulbs/Modules- Not Less Than 5 Years Or Less Than 120,000 (One Hundred And Twenty Thousand) Kilometers Of Mileage- Run- Depending On Which Circumstance Occurred Earlier From The Date Of Signing Of The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. 2. Guarantee Period Of All Lacquer And Boydier Coatings-Not Less Than 5 Years From The Date Of Signing Of The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. 3. Guarantee Period Of The Anti-Corrosion Coverage-Not Less Than 10 Years From The Date Of Signing Of The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. According To Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Requires A Submission Within 5 Days Of Justification For The Manner Of Formation Of A Proposal In The Offer Of A Participant In Separate Position No. 1, 2, 3 And 4, When It Is More Than 20 Percent More Favorable Than The Average Value Of The Proposals Of The Other Participants On The Same Evaluation Indicator-Upon Evaluation Of Three Or More Offers. For The Purposes Of Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, When Evaluating One Or Two Tenders, As A Basis For Comparison With Respect To The Price Offered By The Participants Without Vat Under A Lot 1, 2, 3 And 4, The Contracting Authority Determines The Announced Estimated Value Of The Relevant Position Indicated In The Announcement.
