The Subject Of Award With This Contract Is: Selection Of An Operator For The Realization Of Telecommunications Through A Public Fixed Telecommunication Network And Providing Fixed Voice Telephone And Fax Services. The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: A) Implementation Of Telecommunications Through Public Fixed Telecommunication Network And Providing Fixed Voice Telephone And Fax Services, (B) An Option That Includes Additional Activities That Support The Activity Of The Contracting Authority And/Or Contributing To The Realization Of The Main Service - Various Packages For Conducting Conversations From Fixed To Mobile Networks, Organizing An Audio Conference Room, Organization Of Video Conferencing, Internet - Settlement And Intercostal, Universal Number 0700, Iptv, Iptv, Iptv, Iptv, Iptv. When The Contractor Has Provided An Option In The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Mandatory To Offer Such An Option In The Tender To The Participant. In The Event That He Has Proposed The Option In His Offer, The Contractor Shall Not Have The Right To Refuse Its Execution Or To Change The Conditions For Its Execution Until The Expiry Of Its Use. The Option Shall Be Included In The Scope Of The Contract, With The Contracting Authority Assigning Its Execution And Determining Its Specific Scope.
