Diesel Oil - Sale And Supply Of Liquid Fuels. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Sale And Supply Of Liquid Fuels, I.E. Diesel Oil And Unleaded Gasoline 95. The Sale And Supply Of Liquid Fuels Will Take Place Loco Mzk Żagań Magazine Located At Ul. Młynarska 6 And Will Apply To The Following Liquid Fuels: 1) Diesel In An Amount Of About 1,900 M3, 2) Unleaded Gasoline 95 In An Amount Of About 800 M3, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Buy A Smaller Amount Of Fuel Than The Above -Mentioned Operating Needs Indicated Above. The Minimum Enforceability Level Of The Order Is 70% Of The Amount Of Fuel Ordered. In The Event Of Non -Use Of The Values ​​Indicated In The Price Form During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Resign From Further Fuel Purchases, Without Any Financial Consequences And Compensation To The Contractor Or To Extend The Delivery Period With The Consent Of The Contractor.
