The Subject Of The Contract Will Mainly Include The Allocation Of Spaces For The Organization Of The Conference, The Shipping Exhibition And The Technical Workshop, The Provision Of Audiovisual Media (Sound And Lighting Systems, Technical Equipment, Settings, Etc.) And The Provision Of Meals And Drinks. The Conference Is Expected To Be Asked About 1,000 People.
