Ht Motor Located At Pch-Ii Sch-Ii.; 1 Charges for releasing the fan & end cover, threading out the rotor for inspection, through cleaning of stator and rotor 2 Charges for checking the tightening of all the loose wedges, replacement of damaged toxolite strip and wedges, drying out stator and pre-heating, spraying one coat of Dr.Beck protective enamel and packing the same. 3 Cahrges for Cleaning the cooler, cooler tubes with compressor air and pull through, checking of bearings and replacing (Bearing will be supplied by board) 4 Charges for assembling of the motor and threading in to the rotor, assembling of bearings, cooler fan cooler and end cover after overhauling. 5 Charges for Painting of motor with two coat of enamel grey paint. (For 1 No motor = 17 m² ) 6 Consumables for 1 No motor (Dr Beck Insulation varnish, Epoxy Thinner C Enamel Grey Paint, Petrol, Kerosene, Epoxy tapper texolite, Epoxy texolite liner, Fibre glass tape roll, Mica tape roll, Kada cloth, cotton waste etc)
