Project: Tender20365 - Aviation Fuel And Motor Dispensing System Maintenance And Inspection Services . The Ministry Is Seeking A Licenced Petroleum Mechanical Contractor To Provide Aviation And Motor Fuels Storage And Dispensing System Inspection And Maintenance Services For The Aviation Forest Fire Emergency Services (“Affes”) Program, As Described In Greater Detail In The Agreement. Scope Of Work Affes Owns And Operates Approximately 55 Aviation And Motor Fuels Bulk Fuel Systems Across Ontario. The Ministry Is Seeking A Vendor Or Vendors To Supplement Internal Staff In Performing Legislative Compliance, Inspection, Maintenance, And Repair Of Bulk Fuel Storage And Dispensing Systems. The Vendor Shall Provide Services Within The Designated Zone As Follows: I. Ensure Legislative Compliance Of The Systems And Other Equipment, Such As Aviation Fuel Trucks; Ii. Inspection, Maintenance, And Repair Of (Stationary) Bulk Fuel Storage And Dispensing Systems Including Aviation, Diesel, And Gasoline Fuels; Iii. Inspection And Maintenance Services On (Mobile) Aviation Fuel Delivery Trucks And Portable Re-Fuelling Equipment (Tankers, Skid Tanks, Refuelling Pumps) Iv. Installation Of Bulk Fuel Storage Tanks Where Existing Tanks Require To Be Replaced. This Includes Services Associated With Tank Replacement Such As Tank Installation, Electrical, Remote Monitoring Systems, And Computrol Card Lock Systems. These Services Are For All Aviation, Diesel, And Gasoline Tanks.
