Hiring A Company Specialized In Providing Technical Services In Information Technology, Which Are Ended: A) Implementation Of The Ministry Of Healths Electronic Medical Record Program-E-Sus, Including: Individualized Personal Training, Monitoring And Monitoring Of Registration And/Or Insertion Of Data In The System, Data Extraction And Reports, System Updates, Whenever Including Xml Issues, Error Correction And Adaptations And Adaptations. Provision Of Services Both In Its Own Establishment, As Well As In The Public Office Itself According To Each Case, Including The Displacement, Food, Daily, Telephone Service, Email, Whatsapp Among Others. The Company Should Make With The Municipal Health Secretariat At Least 02 (Two) Weekly Visits And How Many Other Visits Are Necessary, In Order To Perform These Services Requested And/Or Necessary For The Correct Operation Of The System And Server. The Company Will Be Available, Through Its Responsible Technician, From Monday To Friday Of 06H00mi, 14/03/2025
