Solar Installation - Construction Of Photovoltaic Installations And Installation Of Heat Pumps In Suw Lubachów In Zagórze Śl.. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of The Heating System Of The Lubachów Water Treatment Plant (Hereinafter Suw), By Eliminating The Coal Boiler Room And The Implementation Of A New Heat Source, Powered From Air/Water Heat Pumps, Supported By Electric Boilers, Along With The Implementation Of A Photovoltaic System Balancing A Significant Part Of The Demand For The Electricity Of The New Heating System. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Following Stages: 1. Development Of The Necessary Documentation Together With Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Permits (If It Is Required Due To The Solutions Proposed By The Contractor) Together With The Assessment Of The Condition Of The Cover And The Permissible Static Loads Of The Roof, In Order To Assess The Possibility Of Installing Photovoltaic Installations. 2. Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Aimed At Supplying Suw In Additional Electricity, Produced In Its Own Source. 3. Adaptation Of The Suw Boiler Room In Order To Build A Heat Production System. The Necessary Scope Of Work Includes At Least: • Liquidation Of The Coal Boiler Room, Chimney And The Entire Hydraulic System Of Boiler Circuit; • Necessary Reconstruction Of The Existing Co And Dhw Installation; • Expansion Of The Electrical Installation To The Required Power (The Installation Scheme Is Presented In Annex 1 To Opz); • Reporting Works Such As: Supplementing Walls, Floors And Ceilings And Surfaces Damaged As A Result Of Dismantling And Assembly Works, Reproduction Of Floors, Painting Walls In All Rooms Where Works Will Be Carried Out. 4. Installation Of Air/ Water Heat Pumps And Electric Boilers, Along With Monitoring And Visualization Of The Entire System.
