Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Methodological Support In The Area Of ​​Road Safety And Fluency 2025. The Provider Undertakes Under The Conditions Stipulated By This Contract By Its Annexes To Its Expense, Its Risk, In Accordance With Law And With Proper Professional Care To Provide Services To Ensure Methodological Support To The Client In The Area Of ​​Road Safety And Smoothness. Specific Content Of The Works Will Be The Processing Of Expert Opinions In The Field Of Transport And Construction, Implementation Of Road Safety Audits, Day And Night Security Inspections Of Pk, But Also The Processing Of Traffic-Engineering Assessments. Furthermore, The Service Provider Will Be Based On Its Knowledge Base, Respectively. According To Newly Found Knowledge And Experience In The Above Area, To Provide The Client With Methodological Support In The Form Of Professional Statements, Consultations Or Training Of Its Employees. At The Same Time, This Form Of Support Will Be Used At The Same Time, If Necessary, Representing The Client For Coordination Meetings, Public Hearing And Meeting With Representatives Of Public Administration (Transport Department, Pčr). Expert Opinions Will Be Made In Accordance With The Current Legislation - Act No. 254/2019 Coll., On Experts, Expert Offices And Expert Institutions And Also According To Decree No. 503/2020 Coll., On The Performance Of Expert Activities. Pk Security Audits And Pk Security Inspections Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legislation - Act No. 13/1997 Coll., On Roads And Further Pursuant To Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., Implementing The Road Act. The Scope Of These Traffic-Safety Assessments Will Be In Accordance With The Current Wording Of The Methodology For The Implementation Of Pk Safety Audits And Road Security Inspections, Which Are Issued By The Ministry Of Transport (Ref. 139/2012-520-Ttp/1; No. Traffic Surveys Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Valid Tp 189. The Analysis Of Risk Interactions Between Individual Participants Will Be Carried Out According To The Currently Valid Monitoring Methodology And Evaluation Of Traffic Conflicts Issued By The Ministry Of Transport (No. 110/2013-520-Tpv/1). The Performance Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Partial Orders Of The Client.
