Banking Services - Prepaid Card Services - Stockholm City. The City Of Stockholm, Through Its Municipal Council, Invites, In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In This Procurement Document, To Tender In Procurement Of Framework Agreements Regarding Prepaid Card Services. The City Pays Financial Assistance And Other Remuneration To Recipients Who, For Various Reasons, Lack A Bank Account, A Valid Identity Document Or A Swedish Social Security Number. The Procured Solution With Prepaid Card Services Shall Enable The Payee To Be Able To Have The Amount Granted Paid Via A Card That Can Be Used Without Identity Documents.
