Tenders Are Invited For Minibuses - Public Acquisition Of Electric Minibuses Within The Project, The Purchase Of Less Polluting Vehicles For The Transport Of Students From Vâlcea County
Minibuses - Public Acquisition Of Electric Minibuses Within The Project, The Purchase Of Less Polluting Vehicles For The Transport Of Students From Vâlcea County. The Object Of The Product Contract Is The Supply Of 25 Electrical Minibuses (16+1 Places) For Equipping The Pre-University Education Units With Primary And/Or High School And/Or High School In The Administration Of 25 Uats In The County. The Electric Minibuses Of 16+1 Seats Will Be Structured With A Single Section (Non-Articulated And Without Floor), In A Construction With The Floor/Floor, And Will Be Equipped With Facilities For The Access Of People With Reduced Mobility (Ramp And/Or Other Specific Facilities), Being Intended For School Transport, Respecting The European Parliament 2009/Ec. Regarding The Promotion Of Non -Polluting And Energy -Efficient Road Transport Vehicles And In Regulation No. 51 Of 2007 Of The Economic Commission For Europe Of The United Nations (Ec-On). The Deadline For Delivery And Commissioning For The Electric Minibus (16+1 Places) Is Set For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Delivery Order. The Condition Of Delivery Of The Electric Minibus Is Delivered Duty Place (Ddp), According To The Last Version Of Incoterms, Under The Quantitative And Qualitative Conditions Established By The Contract, In Which All The Expenses And Risks That Intervene During The Delivery And Until The Commissioning Are Assumed By The Supplier. The Goods That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Must Meet All The Requested Specifications, Respectively: - The Technical Specifications And The Minimum Functional Requirements, Detailed In Point 3.3.1.1. From The Specifications; - The Technical Specifications And The Extended Functional Requirements, Detailed In Point 3.3.1.2 Of The Specifications; - The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Protection Of The Environment According To The Green Public Procurement Guide, Detailed In Point 3.3.1.3. From The Specifications. All The Products Delivered Must Be Covered By The Guarantee For At Least The Period Requested For Each Product. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Commissioning Of The Product. The Guarantee Must Cover All The Costs Resulting From The Remediation Of The Defects During The Guarantee Period, Including, But Without Limiting To: I. Disassembly, Including The Rent Of Special Tools Necessary During The Intervention (If Applicable); Ii. Packaging, Including The Supply Of Protective Material For Transport (Cardboard, Boxes, Crates, Etc.); Iii. Transport Through The Carrier, Including International Transport (If Applicable); Iv. Diagnosis Of Defects, Including Personnel Costs; V. Repair Of All Defective Components Or Providing New Components; Vi. Replacement Of Defective Parts; Vii. Despanding, Including Cleaning The Spaces Where The Intervention Is Performed; Viii. Installation In The Initial State; Ix. Testing To Ensure The Correct Operation; X. Restoration In Operation.
