Solar Installation - Pv Saxonie 50Mwp, Bridge Třebušice - Construction. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Supporting And Anchoring Structures Of Photovoltaic Panels And Other Photovoltaic Power Plants (Pve), Including The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Structures And Interconnection Of Photovoltaic Panels (So -Called Stringing) According To The Specifications In This Documentation And In Annex 1 Of This Documentation. The Subject Of The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Is Also The Implementation Of Related Works To The Extent And According To Annex 1 Of This Tender Documentation (Project Documentation Prepared By The Company Zero-E S.R.O., With Its Registered Office At Školská 228, 53353 Pardubice, Id: 14416697). The Public Contract Does Not Include The Supply Of Photovoltaic Panels, Transformers And Inverters. The Public Contract Also Does Not Include The Implementation Of Wiring, Pvp Control System, Construction Of Roads And Earthworks. The Contracting Authority States That Only A New Device That Was Not The Subject Of Depreciation, Ie The Contracting Authority Will Be The First User Of This Device. It Must Not Be A Refurbished Device Or Device That Has Already Been Used In Other Entities. The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Co-Financed From The State Environmental Fund Of The Czech Republic Within The Program “New Renewable Resources In Energy (Res+) Funded By The Modernization Fund, Within The Challenge Of Modf- Res+ No. 2/2022, Project Name: Saxonie. The Supplier Will Realize The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of The Contract And According To The Highest Standards Of Professional Efficiency And Quality. The Supplier Will Respect The Applicable Legal Order Of The Czech Republic In The Implementation Of The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract. If The Tender Documentation (Award Conditions) Contains, Incl. All Attachments Requirements Or References To Business Companies, Names Or Names And Surnames, Specific Designations Of Goods And Services That Apply To A Particular Person, Or Its Organizational Component As Characteristic, Patents For Inventions, Utility Patterns, Industrial Patterns, Trademarks Or Designation Of Origin.
