Electrical Machinery, Apparatus, Equipment And Consumables; Lighting - Hanasaari (Hac) Electric Boiler Plant, Automation System Includes Design. The Acquisition Is The Automation And Control System Of Helen Oy (Subscriber) Hanasaari Hac Plant. The Automation System Includes Operating Automation With Its Centers, Control Room System, Connections And Signaling In The Remote Operating System, Remote Operating System And Centralized Reporting System. The Procurement Must Include A Technically And Economically Appropriate Entity Within The Procurement Limits And All The Equipment, Licenses, Design, Documentation And Work Required By It Are Included. A New Remote Heating Plant Will Be Built In The Hanasaari Energy Quarter Of Helsinki, Including Four Electric Boiler Units And Two District Heating Batteries. The District Heating Power Of The New Plant Is Approximately 200Mw. Each Four Electric Boilers (50Mw) Have Its Own Automation Centers Provided By The Power Boiler Manufacturer. The Control Centers Have Siemens S7-1500 Programmable Logic With Integrated Boiler Process Automation And Safety Automation. The Door Of Each Boiler Center Has A Touch Screen As A Local Interface. The Electric Boiler Supplier Is Responsible For The Internal Operation And Programming Of The Electric Boilers. The Power Boiler Plant Will Have Its Own Plant Automation (Dcs), Which Controls Equipment And District Heating Batteries Outside The Power Boilers And Controls The Power Boilers At A Higher Level. The Plant Automation Is Connected To Electric Boilers And Separate Devices Through The Profinet Bus Interface. Plant Automation Consists Of Two Io Diversification Units, One Of Which Is Located In The Field Near The Kl Batteries And One In The Controller Cabinet. The Plants Process Control Is Mainly From Helens Remote Control Control. The Electric Boiler Building Has A Local Surveillance, Which Can Be Used To Operate Boilers And District Heating Batteries If Necessary. The Purpose Of The Automation System Is To Compile Information From The Individual Logic And To Forward It To The Long -Distance Control And The Local Supervisor And, Respectively, Transmit Control Information From Control Rooms To Separate Logic. The Remote Connection Is Implemented According To The Iec60870-5-104 Protocol. In Addition, The Automation System Is Linked To The Centralized Reporting Environment Through Opc Da Communication And The Helen Optimization System. In Addition, The System Will Include A Connection To The Local Station Remote Use Application, The Centralized Emerson Condition Monitoring System, And The Property Automation And Fire Alarm System Via A Handshake Case.
