Application Urbanism 3.Ablification 7. Registration/Document Management With Electronic Archive 8. Electronic Ranhiving And Retrodigitalization Services Including Document Management 9. Inventory Of Public And Private Heritage Of Uat-Aplication Software And Inventorium Solutions 10. Software Solution For Monitoring/Implementation Of Objectives/Projects Of Investment Suspension: “Procedure The Public Procurement Contract Is Initiated Under The Present Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Issuance Of The Supply Order Is Conditioned The Signing Of The Financing Contract, Respectively By The Allocation Of The Budget Credits With This Destination, And The Issuance Of The Order To Start The Supply, Making Itself In Compliance With The Provisions Regarding The Employment Of The Expenses That Fall Under The Financial Law. Considering The Provisions Of Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement And H.G. No. 395/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, The Contracting Authority Specifies That It Will Issue The Order To Start The Supply To The Declared Winner Only Insofar As The Funds Necessary For This Stage Will Be Ensured By Allocating The Budget Credits With This Destination. In Case, For Regardless Of Reasons, The Budget Credits Will Not Be Allocated, For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Approval Of The Procedure Report, The Contract Will Be Canceled, Under The Conditions In Which There Is No Other Source Of Financing, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art.212 Paragraph (1) Letter 2 Of Law 98/2016 With The Amendments And The Subsequent Agreements. The Bidders Within This Procedure Understand That The Contracting Authority Cannot Be Considered Responsible For Any Injury In Case Of Cancellation Of The Contract, Regardless Of Its Nature And Regardless Of Whether The Contracting Authority Has Been Notified Of The Existence Of Such A Damage. The Bidders Within This Procedure Accept The Use Of The Special Conditions Above/Suspensive Clause, Assuming Their Full Responsibility In Relation To The Possible Damages They Could Suffer In The Situation Described. The Maximum Period For Which The Suspensive Clause Operates Is 12 Months, So That, If The Condition Of Signing The Financing Contract Is Not Fulfilled, The Award Procedure Is Canceled.
