The Need To Award This Public Procurement Is Bound By Organized Group Vacations Outside The Country By Ea Military Clubs And Military Recreation Within The Framework Of International Clims Cooperation And A Breathless Exchange Of Servicemen And Civilians From The Ministry Of Defense. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Providing Airline Tickets For Travel Abroad In All Categories Of Economy And Business Class According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Technical Specification Contains A Detailed Description Of The Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract. The List Of Destinations Included In The Subject Of The Order Is Not Exhaustive, As Far As All Trips Cannot Be Predicted In Advance For A Period Of 24 (Twenty -Four) Months. The Contract With The Selected Contractor Will Be Concluded At A Value To The Forecast Value Determined By The Contracting Authority.
