Solar Panel Roof-Covering Work-Works To Install New Capacities For Electricity Production From Renewable Sources At The State Pre-University Education Units In Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. Works Of The Installation Of New Capacities For The Production Of Electricity From Renewable Sources At The State Pre -University Education Units In Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 24 Months. The Maximum Estimated Quantity Related To The Framework Agreement For 53 Objectives Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Award Documentation. The Minimum Estimated Quantity Related To The Framework Agreement For 1 Objective Can Be Found In Annex 2 To The Award Documentation. Estimated Quantity Related To The Largest Subsequent Contract For 23 Objectives Can Be Found In Annex 3 To The Award Documentation. It Is Estimated To Award A Number Of 10 Subsequent Contracts Annually, 20 Subsequent Contracts In 24 Months, The Contracting Authority Reserving The Right To Modify The Number Of Subsequent Contracts According To The Budget Allocated And Needs. The Contracting Authority Estimates At 2 Years, The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Within This Term, To Finalize All The Works Provided Within The Contract And To Extinguish All The Obligations Born Within It. The Award Of The Subsequent Contracts To The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Done Without Resuming The Competition (This Option Being Checked When Drawing Up The Present Award Documentation). The Award Of Subsequent Contracts Is Done - In The Order Of The Ranking Established At The Level Of Framework Agreement. The Award Of The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Done In The Order Of The Resulting Classmant At The End Of The Procedure And The Award Of The Framework Agreement. The Conclusion Of A Subsequent Contract In The Conduct Of The Agreement Will Be Realized Whenever It Appears At The Level Of The Contracting Authority The Need That Constitutes The Context Of The Realization Of This Procurement, For Which The Authority Is Able To Ensure The Financing According To The Legal Provisions. In Order To Conclude A Subsequent Contract, Invitation Is Transmitted For Contracting, In The Order Of The Ranking Resulting From The Application Of The Procedure, So The Invitation Is Transmitted To The Bidder Ranked First. If The Bidder Ranked First Communicates The Acceptance Of The Conclusion Of The Subsequent Contract, The Contract Is Concluded With It. If The Tenderer Ranked First, Does Not Respond To The Invitation Within The Term Of Response Mentioned In The Invitation / Send The Impossibility Of Concluding And Executing The Subsequent Contract In Question, The Contracting Authority Sends The Invitation To The Bidder Ranked 2Nd. If The Bidder Ranked In The Second Place Does Not Respond To The Invitation Within The Subsequent Term, And The Subsequent Answer / Descends To The Bidder Ranked In 3Rd Place, And So On To 5Th Place.
