It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support-Järvi-Saimaa Services Oys Ict Partner Tendering. Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy (Later Jsp) Is Applying For An Ict Service Provider/Development Partner To The Comprehensive Role Of It Service Provider And Developer. The Service Package To Be Purchased Will Consist Of The Following Tasks And Roles: 1) Current Status-Licenses, Intune Equipment Management, M365 Environment, Server Resource Distribution And Backup, Data Networks 2) So Far Continuous Service Production 3) Remote Support Services And, If Necessary In A Manner To Be Agreed. Participation In The It Development Group Meetings Via Teams 3 Times A Year. 5) Other Expert Services By Call-Based Service And The Current State Of The Current State Can Be Found In Annex 1. On The Basis Of The Preliminary Invitation To Tender, The 3 Tenderers Who Made The Most Economically Advantageous Bid Were Selected For The Negotiating Procedure. This Invitation To Tender Is The Final Invitation To Tender To Make The Service Provider Selection. The Invitation To Tender Will Only Be Published For The Tenderers Selected For The Negotiation Procedure. The Purpose Of The Negotiations Was To Clarify The Final Invitation To Tender And The Contract For A Versatile, Comprehensive And Challenging Service Package, Both For The Subscriber And To The Tenderers In An Optimal Form. Note: The Total Price Of The Service Stated In The Preliminary Offer Is Not Allowed To Rise More Than 10 %To The Final Offer. The Procurement Procedure Is Used As A Procurement Procedure. At Least 3 Tenderers Who Have Made The Most Economically Advantageous Tenders Will Be Selected For The Negotiating Procedure. This Invitation To Tender Is A Preliminary Invitation To Tender On The Basis Of Which The Negotiation Procedure Will Be Launched. The Actual Invitation To Tender Will Only Be Published For The Tenderers Selected For The Negotiation Procedure. The Purpose Of The Negotiations Is To Refine The Final Invitation To Tender Due To A Versatile, Comprehensive And Challenging Service Package, Both For The Subscriber And To The Providers In An Optimal Form. The Bidders Who Have Submitted The Criteria Of This Contract Notice, Who Submit The Application For Participation, Will Be Selected For The Negotiating Procedure. The Information To Be Downloaded In Connection With The Application For Participation Shall Include Up -To -Date Certificates And The Tenderer Undertakes To Keep The Confidential Documents Concerning Confidential Personal Data. The Subscriber Has Reserved An Appropriation For The Purchase And If The Appropriation Is Exceeded, The Subscriber Shall Have The Right To Suspend The Purchase. It Is Possible That The Number Of Employees Of The Company Will Increase Even Before Or During The Contract Period. The Estimate Of The Increase In The Number Of Employees Is Between 40 And 55 Employees. It Is Likely That This Information Will Be On The Subscriber During The Refining Negotiations.
